For Those Staying at the Asilomar Conference Grounds “Full Asilomar Package Rates”

 

Full Conference (includes afternoon reception and dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch, dinner Saturday, breakfast and lunch Sunday, and all program events)

 

Shared Room adult, per person, 2 nights, 6 meals

 

Shared Room (at least one adult must be in room with child) child, 17 and younger, 2 nights, 6 meals

 

Single Room adult, 2 nights, 6 meals

For Those Not Staying at Asilomar

If you want to have a non-Convention guest join you for a meal at Asilomar, please contact the Registrar ahead of time for pricing ... your guest will not be able to join you with the group otherwise.

 

RESERVATION INFORMATION: the “Full Asilomar Package Rates” are based on two-bedded rooms with private bath.  A very limited number of single rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please indicate your choice of roommates.  Upon request the registrar will attempt to assign roommates.  When such assignments are not available, you will be offered a single room.  The “Full Asilomar Package” includes six meals (dinner Friday; breakfast, lunch & dinner Saturday; breakfast & lunch Sunday).  Arrival is 3 PM Friday, with a 12 noon checkout on Sunday.  Rollaway beds may be added to certain rooms at regular rates. Please indicate your preference for single, double, or other accommodation.  We will make every effort to meet specific requests, but reservations will be taken in the order received.  (Asilomar does not charge for use of a crib for infants under age two; “child” means children under the age of 18.)

Payment for each person attending must accompany reservation requests and is due May 1, 2007.  Late registrations will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis if space remains available.  Please telephone the Registrar for information.  Confirmation, with any necessary additional information will be mailed as soon as possible after receipt of payment.  Because Asilomar requires a guarantee of attendance at 30 days prior to the Convention, refunds can only be made for cancellations received by June 1, 2007.  Checks should be made payable to THE WINKIE CONVENTION, and should be sent with reservation form to: The Registrar, 1083 Euclid Avenue, Berkeley, California 94708.

Exhibit tables for traders and vendors for use after Saturday’s auction may be reserved at $30.00 each.
