A. The prices listed are the
retail
prices.
B. Club members may subtract 20% from all prices.
C. Book dealer discount is 20% 2-5 copies, 30% 6-9 copies, 40% for more
than 10
copies (Maximum discount for print-on-demand "POD" titles is 20%).
D. Books described as "Cloth" are hardcover books with dust jacket,
unless noted otherwise.
E. All regular orders (retail, members and stores) require full pre-
payment
and are non-returnable (except that book stores may order returnable
copies at
40% for book signings by special arrangement).
F. Shipping within the US $5.00 for the 1st item + $1.00 per additional
item.
Shipping to Canada is $6.00 for the 1st item + $2.00 per
additional
item. All other international shipping is $9.00 for the 1st item +
$2.00 per
additional item.
All remittances must be in U.S. funds and should be either in the
form of a
check or money order, or can be made online at www.paypal.com
